Our History

Welcome to Cinnamon 

Chef Belam comes from the Himalayan region of India and has a heart for cooking. He was trained and skilled in the land of spices and flavors under some top celebrity chefs in India.  He has worked extensively in the Indian Hotel Industry at various levels from Trainee Cook to Main Chef. His dream of working under one of India's best chef, Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor came true while working in The Yellow chili Brand, one of the best Indian kitchen restaurants in different countries run by Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor He worked in R & D kitchen Mumbai and learned top quality cuisine with the top chef in India after he joined the team of dream hotel Taj group of hotels. He has practical experience in developing and preparing creative, interesting and innovative recipes using time management skills to ensure efficiency in meal preparation and service. He came to Norway in 2015 and introduced the flavors of India by working in various places such as Oslo, Stavanger and Trondheim. Chef Belam understands market demand and culinary trends among the people of Norway, and now runs a successful restaurant in the beautiful Atlantic city of Kristiansund.
